We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are totally unsatisfied for any reason, please return said item for exchange or for the refund of the purchase price within 7 days. The item must be unworn and with labels still intact.
To clarify this point, unless the purchase is faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition. If we have made an error, your delivery charges will also be refunded to you.
If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by telephoning us. The returned product should be sent to our address: Alcester NSC, 3-4 Bulls Head Yard, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 5BX.
When returning an item, please remember to include your name, address, and a telephone number inside the package. We will also need to know whether you want a replacement or a refund. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you are in possession of proof of postage.
